It was both the best and worst Mopar. It could run down Corvettes on track but it was still a cheap 80s FWD beater economy box at its roots.

#TeamAvenger
Because they really aren't a bad car.
And the later cars have a nice interior.
And last I checked, the Magnum had a slushbox, no?

Believe it or not, the best and the worst existed simultaneously.
Best: Viper
Worst: Neon

No the worst would be the Caliber. "Hey with gas prices go up lets make our entry level compact car big and suv like" "and sell it by saying its only redeeming quality is that it is NOT cute"

HEY! HEY YOU! Guess what the second fastest car that Chrysler sold in 2003-2004.
Neon SRT-4.
Believe it.... or believe allpar's
propaganda
.
The neon wasn't nearly as bad as claimed.

true, but at least power. and I will say the new auto box from the challenger, chargers, that was a 5 speed, and not an awful 3speed with over driver that felt like hamsters with hammers were wrecking the thing while "shifting". was a big improvement

read a news paper article where a now fiat dealer, was ashamed when he saw the calibers he used to sell driving around. the quote was something to the effect of how were we selling cars that bad that recently.
